Check out "SuperEverything" tonight at the Hackney Empire, London - a new live cinema event by inimitable AV crew The Light Surgeons. This show takes a scalpel to traditional cinema - manipulating emotive footage, motion graphics, original music with immersive multi-screen visuals and orchestral soundtrack, all performed / mixed and edited live.
To be honest - no description quite does it justice - just go see it!

Drive Thru Deity
Check out Jake & Dinos Chapman's show at the Tate Britain. Ancient tribal masks & ethnographic ceremonial objects - with a fast food twist! Deliberately confrontational and comedic in equal measure........my personal fave was the Hamburglar - super creepy!!

Abstract Antidote
Here's a few pics from José Parlá's new show: Broken Language @ Haunch of Venison, 103 New Bond Street, London.
My camera struggled to focus on these multi-layered paintings, so I'd advise a visit to the gallery (which is much bigger than you may initially think) to see them in the flesh. If you're lucky, you might get the whole place to yourself, take your time / contemplate for a while (as I did!).
