Restaurant "FAUNA" is opening it´s doors around 1.june.
Tougheter with his buisnes partner Anne Heggberget, they have brought in Jo Bøe Klakegg as their new head-chef. After working at Bagatelle(Oslo), Noma(Copenhagen) and Marque(Sydney) he is now back in Norway and ready for this new adventure. Also the entire team from Bjørn old restaurant "Restaurant Oscarsgate" is joining them.

Bjørn is the owner and head chef of “Restaurant Oscarsgate” in Oslo, which in 2008 received one star in the Michelin guideand has been awarded 2nd and 3rd plase in the Nordic price. It was time to celebrate the launch of the WeSC x Smart collaboration in Oslo! We teamed up with our favorite club/bar Alfreds Hage, and created a magic backyard barbeque party last wednsday.
