📦 Eligibility & Timeframe

Return/Exchange Window: You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to submit a return or exchange request.

Condition Requirements: Items must be:

In new, unused condition

With all original tags attached

In the original packaging (where possible)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
🚚 General Return Terms

We only accept returns or exchanges for purchases made directly from wesc.com.

Order cancellations are not accepted. If you no longer want your order, you must submit a return request via our Return Portal.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a shipping error or defective item.
❌ Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase

Items discounted at 50% off or more, including Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotions
🟨 However, exchanges for size or color are allowed on these items, subject to availability and return approval.
🧾 Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment within 1–2 business days of receiving your item.

Sale items discounted less than 50% may be returned for store credit only.

Refunds do not include original shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped).
🔄 Exchanges

Direct exchanges (e.g., same item in a different size or color) are accepted within 14 days of delivery, including for items marked Final Sale.

To exchange:

Submit a request through our Return Portal.

Once we receive and approve the return, you may place a new order for the desired item.

We do not reserve inventory for exchanges, so we recommend placing the new order promptly to ensure availability.
