Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from wesconline.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to assist you.

Please note:

We do not accept returns for WeSC products not purchased from Wesc.com.

We do not accept order cancellations. You will have to submit a return slip.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

RETURNS

Items marked 50% off or Final Sale cannot be returned for a refund. This includes any BOGO offers. 

Item(s) purchased from wesc.com must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Items purchased on sale under 50% off qualify for store credit. To return items for a refund, submit a return slip through our portal. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

WeSC Headphones:

Customers have the right to return the product in its unopened original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. WeSC.com cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.

Due to hygiene reasons WeSC only accepts withdrawal of unused in-ear products.

Please enclose the order confirmation/receipt along with the unused products in the original packaging.

Items bought from authorized retailers cannot be returned to us.

The warranty for WeSC audio products is valid for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as assembling defects, defect batteries, or other electronic problems.

The warranty does not cover defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water or UV radiation, problems or damages caused by misuse, neglect (knocks, dents, crushing and failing), accidents, repair or modification. Defects caused due to normal wear and tear and aging (scratches, worn leather and flaking paint etc.) are also not covered by this warranty.

To apply for a refund or exchange of product during the warranty period, we ask you to provide the following: Full name, order number, the issue you are experiencing, clear images that show the faulty item.

EXCHANGES

We do not exchange product. If you purchased an item from WeSC.com and would like a different color, size or style, a new order will need to be placed with the unwanted item(s) returned for a refund.

A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 1-2 business days of us receiving the return. See RETURNS above for instructions on how merchandise can be returned.
